This is the wedding cake we had at our wedding.
I was tasked with getting hold of a cake wanted to have a unique cake. Neither of us wanted a standard cake as we found friends did not enjoy them so I set about designing a Lego cake. It was a fun challenge balancing the structural integrity against the number of bricks used - the upper tiers are hollow and the base is supported by lattice towers. This allows for interesting effects when putting lights inside the upper tiers.
As tasty as a Lego brick is, we did cover the top of the tiers in cupcakes for our guests to enjoy.
