Refined ramp, Simple Station canopy and Guide Dog for Blind person added.

I added a simple canopy over the entry slope and entrance barriers, I wanted to maintain the clear focus of accessibility, but felt a roof was called for.

I also tinkered once  more with the ramp and now have a version that is robust and simple to use by sliding in and out with finger pressure.  This version just feels right and is much more refined and robust than the original.

Plus I added a person in dark glasses (to represent a blind person) being guided by a dog, I used a handbag as the dogs harness.

I also reduced platform height by the thickness of a plate to bring it even nearer to scale platform height

I don't think  there is a  blind dog minifigure combination so Lego how about Series 19 featuring one please.

Modified ramp and illustration of 4 track support

.People like that the station supports 2 tracks but  I wanted to illustrate how it actually already supports 3 and with a narrow platform extension supports 4.

Trains in photographs are for illustration only and platfrom shown is an old one based on a non easy access station - the station that gave me the idea for an easy access station.

I also had a suggestion to make a geared ramp, which I liked so  I gave it a go - took me 2 days of trial and error to come up with one  I liked more than the original  red ramps. See attached additional photographs showing construction and finished article.

It uses inverted tiles and ideally these would be in red - a colour not available as far as I know.
