Link-Up Plans
Sneak peek at what will be TB 3 and the very beginning of TB2
Link-Up Mode for the Shuttle
Working on the hinged link up mode.
I have shaved a little bit off the rear of the ship to try to move it back to the original sleek design, but there will have to be a trade off between the initial design and the more chunky revision in order to allow the tranformation to take place.
Preparing for Link-Up!
I've added a bit of chunk to the underside of the shuttle in order to incorporate the transfornation feature which will allow the eventual link-up of the shuttle with TB2 and TB3.
I have used blue prints, cartoon scans, intro models and prototype toy as reference material and have tried to use the best parts of each.
I would rather the underside wasn't quite as chunky, but I can't cheat like the cartoon so will need a thicker underside for the transformation.
