2001: A Space Odyssey (movie set)

This build is my homage to the 1968 epic science fiction film 2001: A Space Odyssey and its director Mr. Stanley Kubrick. To be particular was inspired by a particular poster I saw online while researching for retro futuristic themes for my next build. Said poster featured a photo of a yellow astronaut taken inside a circular command center. In said movie there was also this neat scene wherein an astronaut jogged around the said circular command center, which is what  I am trying to showcase in this build.

From concept to production the build consumed about a day and a half. Objectives of this build were as follows: a) to make the astronaut "walk" around the circular command center and b) make it as close to the aforementioned poster. Built this using the LDD so final brick count may vary as I adjust to make the whole structure more stable.

The whole build consist of 2714 bricks including 5 mini fig. Enjoy =)
