When the steam engine was discovered in the first industrial revolution, the world quickly changed. The steam engine allowed production on the assembly line, rail transport, but above all it incredibly speeded the movements by water. In fact, just think that before the industrial revolution to go from Europe to America it took 3 months, a huge time!
Steamboats were therefore among the main innovations of the period: steam engines (which are also in the model) produced the energy necessary to move the large rear wheel which then made the ship move.
So I wanted to rebuild a steamboat with this model, taking inspiration from the American boats that sailed the rivers of the time.
