The games are so funny, and looking at the design of the characters, it would be a cinch to put them in lego form.
In terms of how it would look, it'd be pretty similar to how the Lego Minecraft sets would look, but would be 6x6 instead of 1x1

Above are the prototypes. Now you'd still need stickers for their faces. The bottom right model is the method that would be used for kids or short people.
This is an example of an environment if they were used. The characters would have to be 2x2. but that can easily work.
