And now, the end is near...
Well folks, we gave it our best shot, but I guess it just wasn't in the cards this time. Maybe I'll repost an updated version of this idea some day, but for now, I've gotta keep moving forward. I'll likely be posting a new project in a couple months and maybe you'll get a kick out of that. Before I finish I just want to thank all of you Disney and Mansion Fans out there who have supported this project and I want to give a major shout out to Jeff Baham of DoomBuggies.com for all of his amazing support through this. I am truly in your debt. For now though, I'll end this little journey by quoting our favorite Ghost Host: "Now I will raise the safety bar, and a ghost will follow you home!"
Until We Meet Again,

So I'm making a movie...
Hey guys!
I know I said I would be doing some updates a while back, but I got a little busy on big project that I figured I would tell you about! For those of you who don't know, I'm actually in real life, a young filmmaker and I'm currently gearing up to direct a short film focusing on the origins of the Hitchhiking Ghosts (Which I thought you might like considering where we are). This has been a dream of mine for over fifteen years and to bring it to life, we're going to need all the help we can get. Check out our first teaser trailer BELOW!
PS- Something new is coming... by air. ;) Have fun with that.
The Warmest Regards,
NeverBrick
Welcome Back Hattie...
As some of you may know, today marks the return of the Hatbox Ghost after over 45 years missing. So to celebrate I whipped this little tribute up and would like to strongly suggest that Lego considers including him if the set should make it to 10,000. Also I have a little side project I'm working on, so hopefully that will be up soon. Either way, it's nice to know Old Hattie is back where he belongs.
A Second Chance
Hey out there all of you wonderful people!
If you haven't noticed yet, The Mansion has been given an extra SIX MONTHS to reach it's goal of 10,000 supporters, giving us a deadline right on or about October 9th, 2015, which is also my birthday so that is pretty cool, but I digress. This means it is up to YOU, the Mansion's fans, to make it happen! I will also be trying to create some fun little stuff as well to help in the cause. I'm really excited about it, so keep your eyes peeled.
Also while I have your attention, I want to take this time to gave a shout out to an artist on DeviantArt who has done something pretty neat. Avastindy has done a wonderfully detailed line of art work depicting the infamous stretching wall portraits as Legos. I thought it was awesome so I wanted to share it with you.

A Happy Haunting Birthday!
On this day 45 years ago, The Haunted Mansion opened up to droves of waiting guests at the Disneyland theme park in California. To mark this occasion, I had my friend and artist Lindsey Katz do a piece of art depicting one of the Mansion's most infamous tenants, The Hatbox Ghost!
Hope you all like it and be sure to spread it around!
ALSO! I'm happy to say my graveyard expansion set will be up when we hit 5,000!!!
Onward to 10,000!

1K UPDATE!
HUZZAH! At last we are at the 10% mark! Major thanks to all of you fans out there who have been supporting this project and posting it around on the interwebs. I would especially like to give a tremendous thanks to Jeff Baham of Doombuggies.com for all of his help in getting the word out and allowing me on his podcast. Each day we are getting closer and closer to seeing this become a reality.
I IMPLORE ALL OF YOU TO KEEP POSTING ANYWHERE YOU CAN!!! Got a Facebook? Post it. Write on Buzzfeed? Post it. Going to Disney? Tell Cast Members and know that I am so jealous of you. ;)
ALSO! Since this is such a grand occasion and I believe celebratory things are in order, I would like to announce that I am currently working on a set depicting the graveyard! I will also be posting a little something extra on the Mansion's 45th Birthday (Aug. 9th) if I can. Until then, thanks for all of your help, keep sharing, and I'll be seeing you SOON! :)

A ghostly new neighbor...

Lonely Liberty Square...
Hey everyone! Over the past few weeks, I've been getting the same question A LOT, "NeverBrick, why didn't you do the Disney World version in Liberty Square?" Well, if you didn't listen to the Doombuggies podcast I posted below, I will tell you! I actually grew up going to the one in Disney World and when I started this project, I had every intention of doing that version. Unfortunately, after weeks and weeks of trying to do it justice (both in LDD and real life), I found that the ornate shapes and structure were not suitable for the Lego system. With this in mind, I chose to go with the more "box-shaped" version from Disneyland's New Orleans Square, which also allowed for a neat "open-up" element. The Disneyland version's interior is almost identical and has a much richer history to it because - hey - it's the original!
If you really want to see what the Liberty Square version looked like, leave a comment. If there is a big enough demand, I'll post it.
NOW YOU KNOW! :)
PS - I really want to do some more set's based on other park rides, but am unsure of what to do. Leave a suggestion if you have any thoughts in the comment section!
A Little Bit of Attention Never Hurt...
If you haven't noticed l lately, The Mansion has been getting some really neat attention! I would personally like to thank all those who have been gracious enough to give my project a shout out. Though there are quite a few sites rooting for the project, I would like to specifically point out three here. Be sure to check them out and share them around to drum up EVEN MORE support!

I have been hard at work putting together my next sets and am happy to announce that my next one will be coming out in about a week or so! It's been hard figuring out how to handle projects now due to the new deadline, but with now a full month separating my other projects, I think it's high time to let another one out! So, please stay tuned for a new LEGO Disney Adventure coming your way and this time, we're going to a whole new level!
