Parthenon Temple Of Athena

The Parthenon temple of Athena, started in 447 BC and finished in 432 BC it is roughly 2,462 years old and it resides in Greece.

The real Parthenon is an amazing piece of architecture today and even more so back when it was created.

The largest chamber housed the statue of the goddess Athena and was made completely out of gold. The smaller chamber housed the treasury for the city.

The building requires 1995 Lego bricks and x2 32 x 32 baseplates. I have taken pictures every step of the way documenting my design. I have tried to follow pictures of the Parthenon found online as best as I can.

There are a lot of detailed parts which I was unable to add with LDD, such as:
Pediments: The triangular upper part of the front of both sides of the roof.
Inner Frieze: A broad horizontal band of sculpted or painted decoration.
The main Lego bricks and colums would need to be a marble style design tho is fine without.

Would like some more minifigures to come with the set but I was not able to create them in LDD as not enough clothing designs.

Any questions please ask.
