This Modular style building was inspired by buildings along Rundle Street in Adelaide, South Australia. Food outlets downstairs with upstairs office space.
The ground floor features a sushi shop, complete with details such as fridge, sink, prep bench and oven. The service counter opens directly onto the street via a roller shutter, and the sign is emblazoned with a sprig of cherry blossoms.
Accessed via the rear stairs, the second floor office houses a funky little creative agency. Whatever it is they do, it's done on computers. They have a couch to chill out on, and a pin board to visualise their creative process... or something.
