This design displays the iconic scene of Rocky running up the stairs at the Philadelphia art museum with him celebrating at the top. Although it isn't an entirely accurate scene, I did add studs on the stairs so you can display Rocky running to the top if you wish. I also added the statue of Rocky from Rocky III. The black 1x4 brick at the moment is meant to have the Rocky logo on it but I couldn't get the software to design it working. There isn't much to describe the set, it’s mainly meant to be a display piece of the iconic scene.
