M-Tron are back and need a new class of fighter/interceptor to help guard their mining operations from Blacktron forces. This ship is sleek, fast and cheap to produce. Plenty of fire power and a two person crew, pilot and navigator.
I built this because I loved M-Tron as a kid. 6811, the Pulser Charger, was one of the first sets I ever owned. I always loved the colour scheme and the uniform. I like using old and new Lego pieces for classic space designs. Old windsceens, the bits with the M on them, the neon finned jet pieces. New slopey bits, jets and fins.
This would be a great set because it looks awesome and isn't too big. It's got a lot of great pieces too (something I always look for). It's also got the nostalgia factor.
