The Seaside Diner is a microscale open air restaurant on the beach with seating for 25 on three levels. The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, sink, dishwasher, herb garden, and counter space for food prep. The food is cooked outdoors on an open flame grill near a convenient garbage can.
A pier is available for easy access from the water. A sailboat, a catamaran, and two windsurfers are currently parked at the diner. A life-preserver is mounted on the wall near the pier.
When the diner is closed, the front awning folds down to secure the contents inside.
I think this would make a fun, small, affordable set that would be a cute addition to other miniature builds. It has 399 bricks.
