An Old Stump (Chestnut, Oak, Pine)

The Idea: When you already can adorn your space with beautiful LEGO flowers or cacti, why not also decorate your room with dry fruits of the forest?

Introducing branches of three dry forest fruits from the temperate climate zones of Europ, Asia or North America. The project showcases LEGO branches of the Black Pine (Pinus nigra), the Horse Chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum), and the Acorn from the mighty Oak (Quercus robur). The technique blends diverse elements and color schemes to maximize realism and playfulness. Anchored on an imaginative stand that represents a weathered, ancient stump with delicate details. Give the little frog a tug at the Stump's top, and voilà! A secret chamber unveils, waiting to cradle your cherished treasures.

I have built this model because I love the forests of my beloved Central Europe and to bring the serene allure of the woods right into your living space. Crafted with a blend of realism and whimsy, these botanical sculptures invite you to create a harmonious blend of nature and playfulness, transforming your room into a tranquil forest retreat. This collection is a nod to the subtle beauty of woodland remnants, designed to inspire and soothe.
