I love Legos and I love Chess. I made this with LDD, but I would have made it with real pieces if I could have. This is a simple chess set, but it is a playable size and the pieces are sturdy. (If you are wondering about the two kings' top sword pieces, I believe they would stay even though they are not technically "connected"). If this was real, the white pieces would be all white and the black pieces would be all black. The pieces do allow for some variation in design, and feel free to let me know if you have any sugestions for an alternate design for any piece.
If you are not familiar with chess, the pieces are: King, Queen, Bishop, Knight (Horse), Rook (Castle), and Pawn.
