This Modular is Based on Carlos Bakery of Hoboken New jersey, it includes the sales floor and a cake design floor with an apartment at the top. This is obviously not a an exact replica but an interpretation based on the store in Hoboken.

Then a Sales assistant and customers.
Also included is a delivery van.
There are lots of cakes and accessories in the design for hours of Cake Boss fun.
