Tai Chi originated in the Ming Dynasty of China, with its history dating back hundreds of years.
The core philosophy of Tai Chi is the balance of yin and yang, using gentleness to overcome strength, and four ounces deflecting a thousand pounds. It emphasizes relaxed, slow, continuous, and balanced movements, coordinating various functions of the body and breath.
I used building blocks to construct figures that showcase the graceful curves and flexible movements of Tai Chi, showcasing the classics of traditional Chinese martial arts.
