Takashi Murakami is one of the biggest names in the contemporary art world today.
He is widely recognized for his playful imagery and candylike colors inspired by anime.
One of his most famous works includes his smiling flowers, which he adapted in paintings, sculptures and countless fashion and art collaborations.
Being a fan of his work, I thought this project could be a fitting introduction into the Lego Ideas universe.
I decided to add a simple black flower pot to hold the flower. It helps bring focus on the flower, and it's perfect for display!
I would display mine on my desk just next to my computer.
