This is a lego great ball contraption (GBC) module, it uses a conveyor belt and a set of "minecarts" to lift the balls up to the next module. I built this module because I wanted it to be easier for people to get into building GBC modules, as it can be quite hard to build your first on your own. You can see it running here:
