Reading Grimms' Fairy Tales for my child made me think that LEGO would be a great way to visualize the stories.
So far I have only made Little Red Riding Hood as a proper set since it was the most obvious to create from the bricks I have and it is one of the biggest classics.
At the moment I am looking in to how to do the Frog King but other Grimm fairy tales like Cinderella, Snow White, the Valiant Little Tailor or Hansel and Gretel could also be made in LEGO if the were to be made as a series.
