For over fifty years, 2001: A Space Odyssey has been the standard and top-tier of science fiction. The uniqueness, as well as mind-blowing effects and sets are among the reasons this timeless masterpiece has been worshipped and praised by critics and fans alike.
It's about time they made it into a lego set!
The model features:
-An EVA pod with full and accessible interior, as well as articulated arms.
-An alien Monolith.
-4 minifigures: EVA Dave Bowman, EVA Frank Poole, Dave Bowman, and Frank Poole.
-A brick-built figure of HAL 9000.
-Stand for all figures.
I believe this would make a great Lego set, especially as something to display on your shelf.
