The Touring Boat.
My idea for the Touring Boat was to create a fun little set that is very playable. I always enjoy making little things that my daughter, who is eight, gets a kick out of playing with. Getting some zoom or swoosh factor is always important.
I wanted to have a tropical setting and chose to have a dolphin swimming by for a little extra fun!
Even though my daughter has a tremendous amount of lego. It is hard to find all the the right peices in all the right colours. Therefore I did this in LDD, which by the way is very neat software.
I don't think this set would be overly expensive as it comes in at just over 200 peices.
Please feel free to comment. There are some very talented people on this site so any advice on building would be welcome.
