This set is great for Lego fans who like to play the Monopoly board game. It is a playable board game with houses, hotels, dice, and minifigures to play the game with. There is an area that you can keep Chance and Community Chest cards in the middle of the board. Each property/space has the name of that property on a tile and the cost of the property. There are also spaces on the board with 3D creations such as community chest, railroads, jail, free parking, water works, and go to jail. Each community chest has some money and treasure inside of it(see pictures). There is also the Monopoly guy on a stand in the middle of the board.
(Cards, Properties, and money not included in pictures due to Lego Ideas projects rules but can be used in the game)
