This is the "Casa Cantoniera" a typical italian house built by A.N.A.S.
A.N.A.S. (acronym of "Azienda Nazionale Autonoma delle Strade") is an italian society that manages the maintenance of italian roads.
These houses were built near the main roads to accomodate the workers during the maintenance works.
These houses have the typical red color.
I saw the picture of this house (you can see in attached images) and i built a similar model using a bit of imagination.
The internal rooms are built using my fantasy (the kitchen with a table and chairs,the living room with a sofa and a television, the bathroom)
