This is the Android's Dungeon and Baseball Card Shop from the Simpsons replicated in LEGO. I'm a huge Disney fan, and a big part of that is my love for the Simpsons. If you love the Simpsons or Disney, this would be a great LEGO Ideas project to support! In the past, LEGO has given us Simpsons sets, but unfortunately few sets were made. So to expand our LEGO Springfield, I built Comic Book Guy's shop.
This model has 753 pieces. I designed it LEGO Digital Designer over the course of several months. I started designing it 2018, and then I stopped work on it for a while until I resumed in mid 2019. I wanted to build something Simpsons related, and Comic Book Guy's shop was my choice. The exterior is designed to replicate the building from the show, and the interior is kind of a mash-up of elements from the shop as I couldn't fit everything.
I think this would make a great LEGO set because we need more buildings to add to what currently is in our lineup of Springfield sets. Hopefully, this will become a reality and also I hope to encourage LEGO to create more Simpsons themed products. Also, go check out my YouTube channel Brickavision & Disney.
