This life size lava lamp has 191 pieces and comes with the ability to spin the lava on the inside. Just turn the crank or add power functions to it to do it. Also, when separating the lamp from the stand to look more realistic, you can spin the inner lava by turning the top cap. You can also rearrange and recolor the lava contents on the inside as you wish as everything is connected to one center shaft or a series of axles.
This is the second lava lamp on LEGO Ideas and is as realistic as possible. Eventually, someone will figure out how to add a light brick on the inside, but for now I'm still learning how to do that.
