So I wanted to build the smallest modular house possible whilst still including all of the essentials (kitchen, toilet, lounge, bedroom etc). So, with only a width of 8 studs, here is my city-centre house, compatible with other modulars.
A special feature of this mini-modular is that, on each floor there are sections of the walls that are easily removed, to allow one to see into the detailed rooms of this tiny home.
As you can see, I have packed in as many details as possible in the small space provided. The aim of this build was to provide accommodation for a minifigure, whilst reflecting the small homes that many live in around city centres.
