Addams Family The Vaults

This mysterious and spooky project was created with Lego Digital Designer (LDD) and has a measurement of 28/30 studs deep depending on whether the door is open, 32 studs wide and has a height of 38 or 11 brick depending on whether you have the tops up or down. This set consists of 901 bricks, yet despite the larger amount of bricks still keeps its ease of building.

Everyone loves the Addams Family, it was the family that I used to wish to be a part of, so I started making the Addamses out of Lego. For all those that have seen the 1991 film version of The Addams Family this will be recognisable as the Vaults where Gomez keeps all the family gold, and some of the more precious memories.

As you can see from the pictures the top of this set opens up for playing access, as with the real life (well, movie life) Addams Vaults the gold compartment turns so you can hide it behind the shel, away from all those that might be tempted to fill their own pockets. I am unable to place golden coins into the secret room, as LDD doesn't seem to know how to, so they have been left to the side. This set has two figures, Gomez and Fester, so now you too can act out scenes from the adventures of your favourite family. *click click*
