Italian Culture Institute (Tokyo) - Lego Architecture

This scale reproduction of Italian Culture Institute (Tokyo) was made with a total of 825 bricks. They were assembled on a base of 22x16. This is an excellent article for Lego Architecture.

Some details of Italian Culture Institute (Tokyo):

In 1939 Baron Takaharu Mitsui gave Italy a ground to build the Institute, which was inaugurated in 1941. The institute was closed in 1945 owing to bombings and it reopened in 1959. In 2005 a new building was inaugurated (near the royal palace). It was designed by the archistar Gae Aulenti.

The Italian Culture Institute is very active in language courses and counts thousands of subscribers every year.
