I tried to recreate this wonderful boat with my Lego without buying any more parts, just in the same spirit of challenge that animates the actual project. The model is made to scale and has the height of the minifigures as a reference. The result is a model that is 62 cm high (above the waterline) and 55 cm long and 21 cm wide.
The whole deck with mast and sails can be lifted up so that you can get inside the ship.
Down the stairs you come to the dining area with a sitting area and a large kitchen. Here you can make yourself comfortable and eat something together. The cabin is located in the front. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet. Of course, a dressing room with a wardrobe for the things should not be missing.
With the ship you are climate-neutral if you sail and use the wind. This contributes to the fact that it is an environmentally friendly way of traveling without emissions. It is very important for the climate.
The mainsail rotates with the mast, the jib is flexible and can move from right to left with the gybe,
