Since moving to the American southwest a few years ago I have become encompassed with Native American art and history. It has been amazing learning how they lived their lives through the museums and different activities to do around Arizona.
One of the most interesting things to me was the progression of the Navajo weavings. They started off very basic with just stripes and progressed into the angular patterns like you see in this LEGO idea.
I tried to keep the color palette to a simple 3 color set, but some of the later weavings had many more colors that would be beautiful to explore. I think this would make a truly awesome wall piece for anyone to display!
