Airstream Trailer

This is an Airstream trailer.

These trailers are so amazingly iconic.

The challenge was to build something:

So, here is the result.

Inside the trailer, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, toilets, a shower, a living room with a couch convertible into a bed.

I added a pickup truck, two minifigures and a few accessories.

There is enough room in the car for the driver to sit.

The outdoor table and benches/sideboards can be folded to fit in the pickup when moving.

Of course, the trailer can be attached to the car. Don't forget to turn the trailer stand upward when moving.

I designed the set with reals bricks (see the real pictures later in an update).

I built this set because I like building and trying to build a trailer that looks like an Airstream trailer and not just like a trailer, that would be playable (i.e. minifigure scaled, sturdy and openable) was an interesting challenge.

I think this would be a great LEGO set because Airstream trailers are so amazingly iconic and, in the end, I think my set looks good, is interesting to build and totally playable and displayable.
