The Grand Hotel was built in 1887 and is an iconic hotel in the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I have based my model on the original designs, before many renovations were completed. It is a great work of architecture, and is one of the most classic looking hotels. It also features the longest front porch in the world at 660 feet long!
I have built this miniature model to a 1/990 scale, I have kept it realistic in appearance, scale, and color.
I believe this would make an amazing product on the Lego market, and would be a great display item. It would be fun yet challenging to build. Please help get this to 10,000 supports!
