Christmas by Michael Bublé

This set is based on the music medley video promoting Michael Bublé's 2011 holiday album, Christmas. Like in the video, Michael's walking down the sidewalk, full of the festive spirit and enjoying the holiday, delivering presents and singing Christmas classics to the passers-by.

I built this set because I love the look of city streets covered in snow and Christmas lights and thought that his video captured it perfectly. From the closeups of the three doors decorated for the holidays to the moment when he's dancing in the snow and having the time of his life, this video was a real pleasure to watch the first time around and has since become mandatory viewing for the family every holiday season. I also built this because I wanted to challenge myself in recreating everything from the video that I possibly could, and then imagine how everything off-screen looked. I've done many recreations in the past, and this is one I'm quite proud of and think is worth sharing.

I believe this would make a great set because it resembles a residential city sidewalk in the snow, dressed up for Christmas and a perfect setting for minifigures to sit on the steps with their friends and family!
