Kirby: Robobot Halberd Copy Ability Mini-Display Model

The centerpiece from the most epic finale from the most epic Kirby game now makes its debut in LEGO form! This model depicts the Halberd mode Robobot from from chapter 7: Mind in a Program from Kirby: Planet Robobot right before its final showdown against the villainous supercomputer, Star Dream.

I tried to add a lot of details that are seen on the Halberd Mode that are absent on the original Halberd. Most notable are the changed color, modified face design, altered engine design, and bottom turrets. These are absent or modified on the models and sprites of the original Halberd from Kirby: Super Star and Kirby: Super Star Ultra. Additionally, the stand supports a design inspired by Susie Haltmann, a supporting character/antagonist who appears throughout the game.

This model is special because Kirby: Planet Robobot is an extremely popular and well-crafted game. After having chances to play in the mech suit in spots throughout the game, having an opportunity to play as one of the most iconic vehicles in the series was an amazing surprise to many and an awesome way to finish such a fun and innovative game. It's popularity with players and its unique color palate means that it would make a great model for consumers.
