The coelacanth is a well- known fish native to the upper twilight/ lower sunlight zones. It is, like some other ocean animals, considered a living fossil, having been around since the time of the dinosaurs. They reach up to 6 feet long, although they are harmless to humans.
This set shows a West Indian Ocean coelacanth (Latimeria chalumnae). It is scaled down about 6 times, and all the fins are posable. The display plate includes a nameplate (which a sticker would have to be made for if this becomes a set), a crab, and 2 seaweed pieces. This set is extremely accurate, including details such as the white scales and the bluish fins. So it would make a great set for that reason, although I built it just for fun.
