This is a steampunk vehicle. I built it because I had never built a steampunk vehicle before and I thought it would be interesting as I am just getting into steampunk. I believe it would make a great LEGO set because steampunk is a very interesting and popular theme right now, it would generate interest in LEGO, and you can do a lot of creative things with the steampunk theme from flying pirate ships to underwater vessels; mechanical animals and interesting characters.
