I have created this modular large family town home. It is three stories tall.I have explained each story with the corresponding photo. It has been done in LDD for the time being until I can get the bricks to build it.

Here is the back of the Home it base back steps and a nice patio with two deck chairs.
Here is the first level. There is a kitchen on the far back left, far right room is the living room with two couches and a tv. The big room is the entry way and dining room with a table and four chairs.
Here is the second floor with two bedrooms, a pool table, a couch and a TV. there is also a patio.
And here is the top floor which I have set up as a loft apartment. It has a living space a kitchen and one bedroom.
