This is a LEGO model of a cat. The markings could represent a number of famous, popular cat breeds including a Birman, Himalayan, Siamese, or Siberian. The cat is fully poseable in the neck, tail, and all legs.
The model has an around 200 pieces, but that is just an estimate. Many of those pieces are the different plates and tiles used to make the back and shape of the body.
