Since every respectable LEGO city or town needs a tools shop, here's a place where all the do-it-yourself maniacs can find everything they need to fulfill their bricolage dreams!
I built this and another building to expand my collection of LEGO modular buildings with a couple of moc ones, so they are based on that general standard, with no pavement on upper floors and so on..
This is my second attempt at making an original modular building (the other one is a fishmonger, maybe I'm gonna submit that too).
In the shop you can find a vast assortment of tools, power tools, safety clothing, PPE, shovels, pickaxes, brooms, a rubbish bin, tool and lunch bags, lumberjack tools, a long ladder, a wheelbarrow and a fantastic motor mower, all in a small neighborhood shop, where the expert handyman Jack Mc Fix is ready to serve and advise customers!
The office is very comfortable, there is a large desk with a PC, a large monitor, a noticeboard, an archive, some plants and even a water dispenser.
Here we find Jack's partner Alanis Keys busy recording invoices, ...She's the minister of finance here and at home!
There is also a small bathroom, while a hatch leads to the roof.
The building is indeed not very original, but i think the details of the shop and the office are not bad and the screwdriver-shaped sign along with the mower are very nice.
The theme itself would deserve a larger building, but this little neighborhood shop is pretty nice! Maybe the business will go well and they will be able to upsize!
I submitted this built just to have a feedback from a serious community, so say what you think!
Have a nice day,
Paul.
