The Adventures of Tintin

Tintin is a classic comic series and has been a favorite of mine since I got my first book when I was very young. I have always wanted to recreate a Lego version, and I finally have. 

Marlinspike Hall is the family estate of Captain Haddock. There are three floors and the building is composed of 1108 bricks. The first floor includes the entry hall, kitchen and state room as well as the grand staircase. The second floor features the landing, another state room, and sea room with Sir Francis Haddock's artifacts. The third and final story is made of a bedroom, hall, and treasure room.

The set also includes eight minifigures, from left to right: Red Rackham, Sir Francis Haddock, Captain Haddock, Tintin, Nestor, Thomson and Thompson, and Professor Calculus. Tintin's dog Snowy is also included.

I also included a small bonus scene of the fight between Sir Francis Haddock and Red Rackham.

Including bonus scene and minifigs, the piece count is 1183.
