This is a custom skyscraper model of the Los Angeles City Hall in Los Angeles. It is built at the 1/650th Scale. The model uses about 2600 elements.
I built it because as an Architecture Fanatic and an Angelino, it needed a smaller scale model as there haven't been a lot of models of it. I have designed a lot of models but I always thought that the City Hall is quite a unique building and beautiful.
I believe that the model would be a great LEGO set because it can fit in the Architecture line but still be unique as most of the Line isn't large scale skyscrapers (Excepting the Empire State). It would also look great next to the Empire State Building as a contrasting model of Art Deco.
