This is Darth Vader based upon the Lego Maxi Fig set 3723. I designed the helmet based upon photos and used the basic structure from the Lego set 3723. The rights to Darth Vader are clearly George Lucas. Rights to the Mini Fig and set 3723 are Lego's.
