Perched precariously on the edge of the cliffs overlooking The Dark Sea of Darkness, this humble abode is a LEGO® recreation of the Igibys’ cottage in Andrew Peterson’s book On the Edge of the Dark Sea of Darkness. (Book 1 of 4 in the Wingfeather Saga.) The Igiby family, (Janner, Tink, Leeli, and the mother and grandfather Nia and Podo,) live in their cottage on the eastern outskirts of a tiny village called Glipwood. The town is quiet all year round except for the Dragon Day Festival, which people from all around Skree come to participate in. All would be peaceful, too, if it weren’t for the menacing Fangs of Dang lounging on the front steps of the Jail. The Fangs are part of Gnag the Nameless' army who are seeking for the Jewels of Anniera. Little do the young Igiby children know that they themselves are the Jewels which Gnag has sought after all these years…
Recreate the adventures of Janner, Tink, and Leeli with this LEGO® Wingfeather Saga model! The model measures 50x62x60⅔ studs and uses approx. 2,225 bricks. It features 5 minifigures, (Podo, Nia, Janner, Tink, and Leeli.) and Leeli’s dog Nugget. The cottage has two bedrooms, a kitchen and a living area with a fireplace, chair and couch.
10,000 is a BIG number, so if you are a fan of this model and/or the Wingfeather Saga, PLEASE support “The Igiby Cottage”.
