Hello? Who's calling?
So one day I was walking down a busy street and noticed a small vintage shop, I walked in and saw lots of cool things, one one which was this one old phone with a spinning dials. It reminded me of a time I was a little kid and we had one of those phones at home.
So a tiny thought came to my mind, why not buy one and put in in my apartment, just for the beauty of it. A second later another thought came to my mind, I collect Lego for display, what if there is a Lego set of phones like this for display. I came home and searched for Lego phone but couldn't find one that was a replica of the old ones. So I took the challenge to build one myself.
I knew what would I like the phone to look like but didn't know what parts should I use, so I made a digital model. After I finished it, it had only a one phone (the tall one). I was thrilled and decided to make another one. When I was done i was even happier, together they look even better.
It was very important to me to make the phones look as real as it can be, I think I did not a bad job at all. The dials can spin and the headphones can be picked up. Both of the phones together are made of 127 Lego pieces.
I think it can be a cool display set, hope some of you will agree with me, so don't be shy, support and leave some comments...
Have a good day you all =]
