Gatchaman Unit G-1, " Sonic Jet "

Science Ninja Team Gatchaman is a Japanese animated franchise about a five-member superhero team created by Tatsuo Yoshida and produced by Tatsunoko Productions.

The original anime series, which debuted in 1972, was entitled Kagaku Ninja Tai Gatchaman and is best known in the English-speaking world as the adaptation entitled Battle of the Planets (1978).

G-1 is a jet fighter piloted by Ken (the Eagle), it is usually in the form of Ken's personal jet until transforming with him through the G Bracelet.  G-1 is capable of reaching Mach 4 speeds. By docking into the tail of the God Phoenix, it allows the giant craft to gain a vertical stabilizer tail for more stable flight while also serving as an accessory. Initially it had no built-in weaponry until episode 68 where it was equipped with twin heat rays.

The build consist of 150 bricks (including minifig). A fairly easy build, with retractable landing gears the signature folding wings.
