The Smurfs Village - Forest Mushroom House

The Smurfs are a classic example of comics storytelling. Even at a young age, I was pleased with the drawings of Peyo and I had long in mind to represent his creations in LEGO form.

I decided to make Papa Smurf’s Mushroom House because it is the most iconic one. It was quite interesting to make the shape of the build look like a mushroom. The model provides the play feature to take off the wall and the roof of the house to reveal a detailed interior. Flowers, potions, and blueberries are also included. Brainy Smurf and Vanity Smurf have printed faces on the back and can turn into Grouchy Smurf and Jokey Smurf. Gargamel and Azrael are brick-built. They will do anything to get their hands on the Smurfs.

To sum up, The Smurfs are suitable not only for kids but grown-up fans of the comics and TV series as well. I hope that my view of the series will be appreciated by the die-hard fans.
