SpaceX - Superheavy Booster

This is a mini model of the Superheavy Booster created by SpaceX.

SpaceX will use the Superheavy Booster to lift the Starship Spacecraft into orbit around the Earth. From Earth orbit, it will refuel and then make its way to Mars to deliver people or cargo to the surface of Mars.

As of June 1st 2022, Superheavy has not flown.

The Superheavy Booster is currently being developed at SpaceX Starbase, Texas. SpaceX is expecting to conduct an orbital flight of the booster and ship in mid-late 2022.

The Superheavy booster is powered by 33 Raptor engines and will generate over 7590tf of thrust at launch.
