This is a lego city scale tractor and trailer,
The tractor is red and black and the trailer is green and red.
The tractor is simple with front and rear attachment points and rear toe hitch ( normall tractor)
The trailer is a tipper with rear wheel steer when it goes around tight corners it can make them.
I would put this set around £25-£30 and for 7+

Rear wheel steering as it moves forward this is how it goes to the left.
And rear wheel steering to the right.
