This is a mini version of a cross between the BrickBeard's Bounty (6243) and the Brick Bounty (70413). The reason why i built it was because my son and I love the pirate series and we absolutely adore both of the above sets. We had a lot of lovely time playing these Legos and it is those family moments which I felt very strongly about and therefore I wanted to have something displayable on my work/home desk so that I can "frame" it up to remind me of them. Whilst there are plenty of other smaller ships out there, I personally wanted one that could at least fit in a minifig or 2 for pose-ability. I believe that there are other folks like myself that wishes for such miniature versions or perhaps kids whom are growing up may like something like this for keepsake purposes
