My idea is a small, underground lake where the merpeople come to relax.
I love sets which combine human architecture with a beautiful, natural setting, and an enchanted cave seemed like a great way to do that. It has a fountain, stairs, and an archway but also a waterfall and stalagmites. My favorite part is the animal mosaic on the floor of the pool.
There are two merpeople to bring the cave to life and a local farmer girl to create a sense of story and discovery. There's also a magic crystal behind the waterfall and two jewels hidden under the rocks.
It has 440 pieces.
I think this would make a great set because it's colorful and detailed, and has lots of playability, but is relatively small, so it wouldn't be too expensive. I hope you agree.
